19h00-20h00: Car picks you up at the meeting point in the Old Quarter, Opera House, Tran Quang Khai Street.
21h00-22h00: Pick up passengers in the area of My Dinh bus station or Gia Lam bus station (depending on the type of car) departing for the Ha Giang tour. Spend the night in a sleeper car.
(*) Note:
● For customers who get off at Noi Bai airport close to the departure time, the sleeper bus can pick you up at the intersection of 3 Kim Anh (the beginning of Hanoi – Lao Cai highway, 03km from Noi Bai airport at about 22:00).
● In provinces and cities (outside Hanoi), there are bus routes to Ha Giang in the evening and present in Ha Giang early the next morning. You can book a bus to Ha Giang by yourself, early in the morning our tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point to start the tour program (You will be deducted the bus fare of 180,000 VND/pax/1 trip to Ha Giang).

04h00-04h30: Arrive in Ha Giang, sleeper bus will take you to Homestay for temporary rest and personal hygiene in the morning.
07h00: Our car and guide in Ha Giang will come to pick you up and have breakfast then start the journey to conquer the Ha Giang Rocky Plateau. On the way, stop at the following points:
● Check in Ha Giang at Km0 of Ha Giang.
● Bac Sum slope, take photos and enjoy the scenery at the 8km long slope.
● Quan Ba Gate of Heaven takes pictures of Co Tien Twin Mountains, also known as Quan Ba Twin Mountains, and a panoramic view of Tam Son town from above.
● Visit Tho Cam Lung Tam linen weaving village. Learn about the linen weaving culture of the Mong people as well as learn about the 41 stages to create products (Note: Because the road to Lung Tam is an inter-village road or degraded and damaged, if the group goes at the time of road repair or bad road rain, they will skip this point to ensure the safety of the group’s journey).
● Taking pictures at the lonely tree – Can Ti, Quan Ba on the new road Quan Ba – Yen Minh.
Lunch: Lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, continue to visit with:
● Shen Ma slope, an ancient slope used by people to assess the health of horses.
● Fox Street with typical Hmong houses by stone fences around the house.
● Chin Khoanh slope, the famous zigzag slope
● Visit Sung La village (Lung Cam Cultural Village) visit the ancient house of the Hmong people with a clay report – which was used as a backdrop for the filming of the 2006 plastic film “Pao’s Story” by director Ngo Quang Hai adapted from the short story “The sound of lips behind the stone fence” by writer Do Bich Thuy which won 4 Golden Kite Awards.
● The Vuong family mansion (Dinh Vua Meo) is located in a valley of Sa Phin commune, this is the richest and most prestigious family in Chau Dong Van in the early 20th century. The delegation learned about the architecture, art, history, and culture of the Vuong family (Vua Meo family).
● Visit Lung Cu Flagpole – the first place of the country, the point with the highest latitude on the map of Vietnam.
18h00: Arrive at Dong Van town. Check in to the hotel, rest, have dinner. In the evening, the guide walks with you to see Dong Van Old Town, which has existed for nearly a century. You can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee at the Old Quarter Café (at your own expense). Overnight in Dong Van.
Eat 03 meals
Morning: Breakfast at the restaurant. If it is on the right Sunday morning, you can take a walk to Dong Van market , famous for being crowded with sellers, colorful merchants, clothes of the H’Mong, Dao, Tay people…
08h00: Check out the hotel and get on the bus to continue the journey with:
● Conquering the 16km long Ma Pi Leng pass connecting Dong Van with Meo Vac, is also the most beautiful section on the road named “Happy Road”.
● Take photos with the majestic beauty of Tu San Alley (also known as Ma Pi Leng Gorge or Nho Que River Gorge) at an altitude of 1500m above sea level and an average depth of 800m – the deepest divided terrain of Vietnam.
● Cruise on the Nho Que River: Take a boat upstream of Nho Que to Tu San Alley, which is the deepest canyon of Vietnam located on the Nho Que River. The Nho Que stream flows into Vietnam from the territory of Seo Lung village, Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district through Tu San Gorge running along the foot of Ma Pi Leng pass (not including the cost of taking a boat on the Nho Que river + shuttle car from the pass: 250k/pax).
Lunch: Lunch at Dong Van. After lunch, you continue to get on the bus to Ha Giang.
16h00: Arrive in Ha Giang. Please clean your personal hygiene at our homestay (no check-in room as on the morning of the first day). Dinner at homestay
19h30: Get on the sleeper bus to Sapa. You spend the night in the car.

04h00: Arrive in Sapa, continue to sleep in the car until about 06:10 – 06:20 am, there will be a car to pick you up at the hotel to send your luggage and rest for breakfast (Note: if you don’t want to sleep in the car, please take a taxi to the hotel at the address we will provide directly to you, running out of about 50,000 VND for taxi fare).
07h00: Breakfast at the hotel.
08h00: The car and guide take you to Fansipan Cable Car Station to start your journey to conquer Fansipan with the world’s most modern 3-wire cable car system with a cabin that can accommodate up to 30 visitors. Then continue to conquer 600 stone steps to Fansipan peak at an altitude of 3,143m – the roof of Indochina.
Note: Currently, you can also have other options to reach the top of Fansipan to experience a new feeling, and not have to lose a lot of walking (suitable for older people), namely:
Muong Hoa tram takes you from Sapa directly to Fansipan Cable Car Station (at your own expense)
The funicular takes you from the Upper Station of the Fansipan cable car to the top of Fansipan (at your own expense)
12h00: Return to Sapa town for lunch, then check in and rest.
14h30: The tour guide picks up and takes you to visit Cat Cat village to learn about the daily life of the H’mong ethnic people, visit Tien Sa waterfall. Enjoy a traditional cultural performance at the old hydropower plant.
18h00: Dinner. Evening free to play. Take pictures with Sapa Stone Church or enjoy grilled specialties drunk with the famous San Lung wine to warm up the cold of Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

07h00: Breakfast at the hotel.
08h30: The tour guide picks up and takes you on foot to the Moana scene with man-made works but arranged in harmony with nature to create a unique, strange and beautiful landscape. The check-in area is 500m from the stone church, with an experience space of more than 10,000m2, with a view embracing the entire Hoang Lien Son range and the majestic Fansipan peak. This place consists of seven categories, attracting young people because of many unique miniatures. It is the Bali gate of heaven, the statue of the Moana girl, the infinity lake, the golden hand, the death swing, the lonely tree, the coffee area.
11h30: Return to Sapa town to check out then have lunch and rest.
13h15: The tour guide takes you to the car to check in and get on the bus to Hanoi.
19h30: Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. The car will take you to the airport lobby (if you register in advance and there is an additional fee).
- 16, 29, 35, or 45-seat transportation depending on the group size, accompanying the group throughout the entire tour.
- Experienced Vietnamese-speaking tour guide accompanying the group throughout the entire tour.
- 3-star or 4-star hotel accommodation according to the selected option for each group, equipped with hot and cold water systems, telephone, and private bathroom. Standard occupancy is 2 adults per room; odd-numbered groups will be arranged in rooms for 3 adults.
- Meals according to the itinerary, with a minimum allowance of VND 150,000 per person per meal.
- Entrance tickets according to the itinerary: O Quy Ho Pass, Cat Cat Village or Ta Van Village.

- Children under 5 years old: No service fee will be charged. Parents are responsible for taking care of the child and paying any additional expenses incurred (for services charged based on height, etc.). Two adults may be accompanied by only 1 child under 5 years old. The second child will be charged according to the policy for children aged 5 to under 12 years old and will also be subject to a single-room surcharge. Air tickets, train tickets, and public transportation tickets will be purchased according to the regulations of the respective transportation providers.
- Children from 5 to under 12 years old: 50% of the adult tour price (no separate bed included). Two adults may be accompanied by only 1 child aged 5 to under 12 years old. The second child and any additional children must purchase a separate bed.
- Children aged 12 and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
- A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required upon booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 7–10 days before departure for regular tours, or 20–25 days before departure for holiday and Tet tours.
All guests joining the tour must have a valid Citizen ID Card/Passport. A birth certificate is required for children under 14 years old.
After payment has been made, if you wish to cancel the tour, please bring your Citizen ID Card and payment receipt to a Vietravel office to complete the cancellation procedure. Vietravel does not accept tour cancellation requests by phone.
- Tour cancellation periods are calculated based on working days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or Tet holidays.
- If a guest arrives too late for the scheduled flight, it will be considered a tour cancellation made 1 day before departure.
Refund and tour cancellation conditions are subject to the Travel Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions attached to the contract.
- Cancellation after booking – cancellation fee is 10% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 15 days before departure: cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 05 days before departure: cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 02 days before departure: cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Cancellation after booking – cancellation fee is 10% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 30 days before departure: cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 20 days before departure: cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 10 days before departure: cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please bring your original valid Citizen ID Card/Passport, or provide your full and accurate name exactly as it appears on your Citizen ID Card/Passport (Passport)/Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old), in the following order: Last Name/Middle Name/First Name.
- Foreign guests or overseas Vietnamese guests are required to bring all necessary documents (passport, valid visa for re-entry into Vietnam, etc.) when joining the tour.
- Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the Company. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming that they are in good health to travel abroad, issued by a doctor, and sign a health declaration with the Company. They are also required to travel with a relative under 60 years old who is in good health. In addition, guests over 75 years old are encouraged to purchase additional premium travel insurance (fees vary depending on the tour). Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.
- Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform the tour consultant at the time of booking for further advice and information. For safety reasons, pregnant guests who are 5 months or more pregnant will not be accepted.
- Children traveling without their parents must have a parental authorization letter certified by the local ward or commune authority where the family is registered.
- Customers who require a VAT invoice are requested to inform the tour consultant at the time of booking, and no later than 07 days after the tour ends.
- The itinerary and hotel arrangements may be changed in order to suit the actual conditions of the group, but the total number of attractions will remain unchanged. Hotel check-in time: after 14:00; check-out time: before 12:00.
- If you require a single room or are traveling alone, or if you are part of an odd-numbered group of 3, 5, or 7 guests without another guest to share a room with, you are required to pay the applicable single-room surcharge.
- For beach and island tours: if you are unwell, have a medical history, or have consumed alcoholic beverages or other stimulants, you should not swim or participate in diving activities to ensure your absolute safety. In the event of an incident resulting from intentional violation of these safety recommendations, Vietravel shall not be held responsible.
- Travel insurance is applicable only to customers participating in Vietravel tours and incidents occurring during the tour period (from the tour departure date to the tour completion date). If a customer continues medical treatment after the tour ends as prescribed by a medical facility, the treatment may also be covered by insurance based on valid medical invoices and documents. The insured amount will be reviewed and compensated by the insurance company according to the insurance contract signed with Vietravel and is not based on all invoices submitted by the customer.
- In the event of force majeure caused by weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, epidemics, or flights being delayed or canceled due to weather or technical issues, resulting in the tour being unable to continue, Vietravel will refund the tour price after deducting the costs of services already provided and will not be responsible for any additional compensation or other expenses.
- For any force majeure reason that results in the group having fewer than 10 guests and being unable to depart, guests may transfer their booking to another departure date, or Vietravel will refund 100% of the amount paid by the customer to the Company.
- When booking a tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, included and excluded services, and tour cancellation conditions stated on the payment receipt. If you do not personally make the booking and someone else registers on your behalf, please make sure to obtain and carefully review the full tour itinerary and conditions from the person making the booking for you.
